  • 4 large silver beet leaves, washed, well dried
  • 250g green cabbage, hard core removed
  • 175g Tuscan cabbage, washed, well dried
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 garlic cloves, crushed

    Cut the silver beet into 2cm-wide strips crossways. Finely shred the combined cabbage. Combine the silver beet and combined cabbage in a large bowl.
