  • 250g packet cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup sweet chilli sauce
  • 2 tablespoons coriander leaves
  • Blanched green beans, to serve
  • Baby cos lettuce, to serve
  • Sliced cucumber, to serve
  • Savoury biscuits, to serve


  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 180°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
  • Step 2
    Place cream cheese onto prepared baking tray. Pour over sweet chilli sauce. Bake for 10 minutes, or until cheese begins to soften (don’t allow to collapse).
  • Step 3
    Transfer to a serving platter. Top with coriander leaves. Serve with beans, baby cos, cucumber and savoury biscuits.
