  • 2 Dilmah English breakfast tea bags
  • 4 cups boiling water
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 10 drops red food colouring (optional)
  • Ice cubes, to serve


  • Step 1
    Place tea bags in a heatproof jug. Add boiling water. Stand for 5 minutes. Remove tea bags. Cool.
  • Step 2
    Stir in condensed milk. Add food colouring, if using. Stir to combine. Place ice cubes in four 2 cup-capacity glasses. Top with tea mixture. Serve with straws.
