  • 3 medium zucchini, grated
  • 6 eggs
  • 200ml tub Bulla Creme Fraiche, plus extra to serve
  • 75 g (1/2 cup) self-raising flour
  • 150g grated pizza cheese
  • 1 carrot, grated
  • 200g leftover ham off the bone, chopped
  • 2 shallots, chopped


  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 180C (160C fan-forced). Grease a 20 x 30 x 4 cm baking dish or tin. Line the base , extending over two sides with non-stick baking paper.
  • Step 2
    Squeeze the excess moisture from the zucchini. Whisk the eggs and cr?me fraiche in large bowl. Add flour, half the cheese, carrot and zucchini, mix well. Stir through the ham and shallots, season with salt and pepper.
  • Step 3
    Pour mixture into prepared dish. Scatter over remaining cheese. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until golden and just set. Serve warm or cold cut into pieces. Serve with extra Creme Fraiche if you like.
