  • 1/2 cup fresh continental parsley leaves, coarsely chopped

  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Pinch dried red chilli flakes

  • 2 1/2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 12 medium chat potatoes, thickly sliced
  • 400g green beans, trimmed
  • 4 Coles beef T-bones

    Combine the parsley, coriander, garlic, oregano, chilli, vinegar and 2 tablespoons of the oil in small bowl. Season with salt and pepper.

    Cook the potato in a steamer set over a saucepan of simmering water for 10 minutes, adding the beans in the last 3 minutes of cooking.

    Meanwhile, brush the steaks with the remaining oil and season with salt and pepper. Heat a large chargrill plate or barbecue plate over medium-high heat. Add the steaks and cook for 3-4 minutes each side for medium or until cooked to your liking. Set aside for 2 minutes to rest.
  • Step 4
    Toss the potatoes with half the sauce, drizzle remaining sauce over beans and steaks.
