  • 425g can tuna in springwater, drained, flaked
  • 400g can cannellini beans, drained, rinsed
  • 1 large avocado, peeled, sliced
  • 250g grape tomatoes, halved
  • 1 Lebanese cucumber, peeled, cut into 1cm pieces
  • 3 celery sticks, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard


  • Step 1
    Combine tuna, beans, avocado, tomatoes, cucumber, celery and basil in a bowl.

    Combine oil, lemon juice, garlic and mustard in a jug. Season with salt and pepper. Pour over salad. Toss gently to combine. Serve.
