  • 350g piece watermelon

Method

    Remove rind from watermelon. Cut watermelon into four 1.5cm-thick, 4cm x 9cm rectangles. Insert ice-cream sticks into the ends. Place 2 watermelon popsicles in 2 separate snap-lock bags. Refrigerate until required.
