How’s your day going? , I hope you’re having an incredible day today. Today, we’re going to make a special dish, Tuscan risotto. It is one of my favorites food recipes. For mine, I am going to make it a little bit tasty. This is gonna smell and look delicious.

Tuscan risotto is one of the most favored of recent trending foods on earth. It is simple, it is quick, it tastes delicious. It is enjoyed by millions every day. They are fine and they look wonderful. Tuscan risotto is something that I’ve loved my entire life.

  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 leek, trimmed, halved, washed, sliced
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 100g Great Lakes Sun-Dried Tomatoes, chopped
  • 500g arborio rice
  • 100ml white wine
  • 2 litres hot Massel chicken style liquid stock
  • 1/2 bunch English spinach, shredded
  • 1 cup marinated artichokes, sliced
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese


  • Step 1
    Heat oil in a heavy-based saucepan over medium heat. Add leek, garlic and tomatoes. Cook for 2 minutes, or until soft. Add rice. Stir to coat in oil mixture.
  • Step 2
    Increase heat to high. Add wine. Cook for 2 minutes, or until wine has evaporated. Add 1 ladleful of stock, stirring constantly until stock has been absorbed. Continue to add stock, 1 ladleful at a time, until all stock has been added. Remove from heat.
  • Step 3
    Stir spinach, artichokes and parmesan into risotto. Cover. Stand for 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Step 4
    Spoon risotto into bowls. Serve.
