  • 1 long baguette, cut into 6, halved
  • 1 baby cos lettuce, leaves removed

Method

  • Step 1
    In a medium bowl, combine the tuna, mayonnaise, tomato, onion, olives, capsicum, lime juice and capers. Season to taste.

    Fill bread evenly with cos leaves and tuna mixture. Secure with napkins or kitchen string. Wrap in plastic wrap and keep chilled until ready to serve.
