  • 30g Coles butter
  • 2 tablespoon gluten-free plain flour

  • 2 cups gluten-free beef stock

  • Step 1

    Add red wine, stirring continually. Add stock, a little at a time, stirring continually. Add thyme leaves and simmer for 4-5 mins, or until slightly thickened. Strain and serve with turkey and roasted vegetables.
