  • 4 Coles Bakery Kaiser or Ciabatta rolls
  • 2 x 95g cans Coles Yellowfin Tuna Chunks in Springwater, drained
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 celery stick, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon chopped chives
  • 2 iceberg lettuce leaves, shredded
  • 1 small Lebanese cucumber, peeled into ribbons
  • 1 small carrot, peeled into ribbons


  • Step 1
    Use a serrated knife to cut the top from each roll. Hollow out the inside of each roll, leaving a 1cm-thick shell.
  • Step 2
    Combine the tuna, mayonnaise, celery and chives in a small bowl. Divide the lettuce among roll bases and top evenly with tuna mixture. Season. Top with cucumber, carrot and roll tops.
