  • 625g packet beef ravioli
  • 25g butter, chopped
  • 375g (1 1/2 cups) arrabbiata pasta sauce
  • 260g (1 cup) Greek-style yoghurt
  • 2 teaspoon dried mint leaves


  • Step 1
    Cook the ravioli in a large saucepan of salted boiling water following packet directions or until al dente. Drain and transfer to a bowl. Toss through butter. Cover to keep warm.
  • Step 2
    Add the sauce to the saucepan. Simmer over medium heat for 5 minutes or until warmed through.
  • Step 3
    Add pasta to sauce and gently toss to coat. Serve topped with a few spoonfuls of yoghurt. Sprinkle with mint and season with pepper.
