  • 600g lean beef mince
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh coriander leaves
  • 375g jar medium Mexican salsa
  • 4 sheets frozen ready-rolled puff pastry
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten


  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C fan-forced. Combine mince, coriander and 3/4 cup salsa in a bowl. Cut each pastry sheet in half. Spoon 1/3 cup of mixture along 1 long side of 1 pastry sheet. Brush opposite edge with egg. Roll up pastry to enclose filling. Cut into quarters. Place, seam-side down, on prepared trays. Repeat with remaining pastry, mince mixture and egg. Brush roll tops with remaining egg.

    Bake for 25 minutes or until golden and cooked through. Serve with remaining salsa.
