  • 1.3 kg sweet potato, peeled, cut into 1.5cm rounds
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 250g Philadelphia Original Spreadable Cream Cheese
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chilli sauce

    Preheat oven to 230C/210C fan-forced. Line 2 large oven trays with baking paper.
  • Step 2
    Place the sweet potato in a large bowl with the oil. Season with salt and pepper and toss to coat.

    Arrange in a single layer on the prepared trays. Roast for 30 minutes, swapping trays halfway through and flipping the sweet potato wedges. Set aside to cool a little.
  • Step 4
    Meanwhile, place half the cream cheese in a serving bowl. Add 1 tablespoon of sauce. Add remaining cream cheese and sauce.
  • Step 5
    Serve wedges with dollops of sweet chilli cream cheese.
