  • 400g beef chipolata sausages
  • 400g dried fusilli pasta
  • 500g cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup herb and garlic salad dressing
  • 1 cup small basil leaves
  • 50g parmesan cheese, finely grated


  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 200°C. Place sausages in a lightly greased baking dish. Bake, uncovered, for 20 to 25 minutes or until cooked through (see note). Cut sausages into thirds.
  • Step 2
    Meanwhile, cook pasta following packet directions until tender. Drain, reserving 1/3 cup cooking water. Return pasta and cooking water to saucepan.
  • Step 3
    Add sausages, tomatoes, salad dressing, basil and three-quarters of the parmesan. Toss over low heat until warmed through.
  • Step 4
    Spoon sausage pasta into bowls. Top with remaining parmesan. Season with pepper and serve.
