  • 1 cup (250ml) white coconut rum or spiced rum
  • 1 cup crushed ice
  • 1/4 cup mint leaves
  • 1/3 cup (80ml) passionfruit pulp
  • 1 1/2 cups (375ml) chilled ginger beer
  • Lime slices, to serve
  • Passionfruit wedges, to serve
  • Mint sprigs, to serve
