  • 750mls (3 cups) milk
  • 175mls (3/4 cup) thin cream
  • 50g (1/2 cup) cocoa powder
  • Sugar, to taste
  • 30g (1/3 cup) ground espresso coffee
  • Shortbread biscuits, to serve
