  • 250g Coles unsalted butter, chopped
  • 1 cup Coles pure icing sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups Coles plain flour
  • 1/2 rice flour
  • 180g Coles finest Belgian white chocolate, chopped

Method

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 160C or 140C fan-forced. Lightly grease a 12cm x 35cm fluted, loose-base flan pan.
  • Step 2
    Place all ingredients, except chocolate, in a food processor. Process until mixture is combined and forms a ball around blade. Turn onto a lightly floured surface, scatter over chocolate and lightly knead to form a dough.
  • Step 3
    Press dough into prepared pan. Score into 9 fingers and bake for 35-40 mins, or until lightly golden. Cool completely in pan. Cut into pieces to serve.
