simple way to make perfect Tiramisu

How’s your day? , I hope you’re having an incredible day today. Today, we’re going to make a special dish, Tiramisu. It is one of my favorites food recipes. For mine, I am going to make it a little bit tasty. This is gonna smell and look delicious.

Tiramisu is one of the most favored of recent trending foods on earth. It is simple, it is quick, it tastes delicious. It is enjoyed by millions every day. They are fine and they look wonderful. Tiramisu is something that I’ve loved my entire life.

  • 185ml (3/4 cup) strong espresso coffee
  • 60ml (1/4 cup) marsala
  • 8 savoiardi (sponge finger biscuits), halved
  • 1 x 375g ctn reduced-fat smooth ricotta
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 tablespoon caster sugar
  • Cocoa powder, to serve
  • Strawberries, hulled, washed, quartered, to serve


  • Step 1
    Combine the coffee and half the marsala in a bowl. Dip the biscuits, 1 at a time, into the coffee mixture and use to line the bases of eight 125ml (1/2-cup) capacity serving glasses. Drizzle with the remaining coffee mixture.
  • Step 2
    Combine ricotta, brown sugar and remaining marsala in a medium bowl. Use a balloon whisk to whisk together the egg white and caster sugar in a clean, dry bowl until soft peaks form. Use a metal spoon to fold egg white into the ricotta mixture. Spoon ricotta mixture among serving glasses. Cover with plastic wrap and place in the fridge for 2 hours to chill.
  • Step 3
    Sprinkle tiramisu with cocoa powder and top with strawberries to serve.
