  • 3 sheets ready-rolled puff pastry, defrosted
  • 1 can tuna in brine, drained and broken up
  • 1/2 red capsicum, chopped finely
  • 1 carrot, grated
  • 1 zucchini, grated
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup fresh breadcrumbs
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 cup tasty cheese, grated
  • Salt and pepper
  • Milk, to glaze


  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 180C. Line a large greased baking dish with 1 1/2 sheets puff pastry.
  • Step 2
    Combine all the ingredients except cheese, milk and puff pastry in a large bowl. Season to taste. Place the mixture over the pastry and flatten out. Place the grated cheese over the mixture and place remainder of puff pastry, seal edges and pierce holes over the top. Glaze with milk.
  • Step 3
    Bake in the oven for 1 hour or until golden brown and the filling is firm. Serve on its own or with a salad.
