Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1/4 cup tomato sauce
  • 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 2kg Aussie-style pork ribs (see note)

Method

  • Step 1
    Combine barbecue sauce, tomato sauce, mustard, sugar and garlic in a small bowl. Place ribs in a large, shallow glass or ceramic dish. Add sauce mixture. Turn to coat. Cover. Refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight, if time permits.
  • Step 2
    Preheat oven to 180�C/160�C fan-forced. Place ribs in a greased baking dish, reserving any remaining marinade. Bake for 1 hour, basting with reserved marinade halfway through cooking, or until glazed and cooked through.
  • Step 3
    Cut ribs into pieces. Serve.
