simple way to prepare favorite Tiramisu ice-cream

How are you? , I hope you’re having an incredible day today. Today, we’re going to make a special dish, Tiramisu ice-cream. It is one of my favorites food recipes. For mine, I am going to make it a little bit tasty. This is gonna smell and look delicious.

Tiramisu ice-cream is one of the most favored of recent trending foods on earth. It is simple, it is quick, it tastes delicious. It is enjoyed by millions every day. They are fine and they look wonderful. Tiramisu ice-cream is something that I’ve loved my entire life.

Ingredients

  • Melted butter, to grease
  • 200g good-quality dark chocolate, chopped
  • 200g (1 cup, firmly packed) brown sugar
  • 125ml (1/2 cup) canola oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 130g (1 cup) slivered almonds
  • 75g (1/2 cup) plain flour
  • 30g (1/4 cup) cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 x 2L ctn vanilla ice-cream, softened
  • 80ml (1/3 cup) coffee-flavoured liqueur

Method

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 170°C. Brush a square 22cm (base measurement) cake pan with melted butter to grease. Line base and sides with baking paper.
  • Step 2
    Place chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a saucepan of simmering water (make sure bowl doesn’t touch the water) and stir until melted.
  • Step 3
    Use an electric beater to beat together sugar, oil and vanilla in a bowl until pale and creamy. Add the chocolate and fold until combined. Add almonds, flour, cocoa powder and baking powder and stir until combined. Spoon into prepared pan and smooth the surface. Bake in oven for 35 minutes or until a skewer inserted into the centre comes out clean. Set aside to cool.
  • Step 4
    Crumble cake into a bowl. Add ice-cream and coffee liqueur, and stir until just combined. Spoon into a plastic container and cover with foil. Place in the freezer for 3-4 hours or until firm. Scoop into glasses to serve.
