  • 1 Coles bakery rustic olive batard, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Coles pure olive oil
  • 1/4 cup whole-egg mayonnaise
  • 1 baby cos lettuce, leaves separated
  • 8 thick slices cooked turkey
  • 100g Coles camembert cheese, sliced
  • 2 tablespoon cranberry sauce


  • Step 1
    Preheat a chargrill on high. Brush both sides of batard slices with oil. Cook bread for 2 mins each side, or until lightly toasted.

    Spread a little mayonnaise on each slice. Top with a small cos leaf, 2 slices of turkey, a slice of brie and 1 teaspoon cranberry sauce. Serve
