  • 100g white chocolate, finely chopped
  • 300ml ctn thickened cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla bean paste
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 60g butter

  • 125ml (1/2 cup) tequila

Repeat, in 2 more batches, with remaining butter, pineapple, sugar and tequila.

    Arrange the pineapple on a serving platter and serve with the chocolate cream.
