  • 1 anchovy fillet, chopped
  • 35g (1/2 cup) fresh sourdough breadcrumbs

    Wipe pan clean. Melt butter over medium heat. Cook the witlof, cut-side down, turning, for 7-8 minutes or until golden. Add stock and cook for 2-3 minutes or until mixture thickens slightly. Transfer to a plate. Top with breadcrumb mixture.
