  • 4 small green pears, peeled, quartered
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 100g watercress sprigs, rinsed
  • 100g Castello blue cheese, crumbled

    Preheat oven to 190�C. Place the pear in a baking dish. Drizzle over the oil and season with salt and pepper. Toss to coat. Bake for 15 minutes.
