  • 285g jar marinated artichoke hearts
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 3 tablespoons (1/4 cup) chopped fresh basil
  • 1/2 cup (50g) grated parmesan
  • 100g fresh white breadcrumbs
  • 3 large vine-ripened tomatoes, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Method

  • Step 1
    Grease a 2-litre oval baking dish.
  • Step 2
    Cook the pasta in boiling, salted water until al dente, then drain and place in a large bowl. Stir in the Dolmio 3 Cheese & Onion Pasta Bake sauce, the artichoke hearts, 1 garlic clove, 1 tablespoon of basil and half the parmesan.

    Season well with salt and pepper, then spoon into the prepared dish.

    Place breadcrumbs in a food processor with the remaining garlic, basil and parmesan, and process until combined.

    Arrange tomatoes over the pasta, then sprinkle with the crumb mixture. Drizzle with oil and bake for 25 minutes or until golden and heated through.
